Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Our turnaround delivery time is 12-20 business days from order date. This means that you should expect to receive your order 12-20 business days from the day your order was placed.
Orders placed on Friday after 4:00pm PST will ship on the following business day.
Once order is placed - it is permanently in our system and has began processing. We are not able to cancel orders.
We will replace your item if:
- The item has a manufacturer defect when you received it.
- You were sent the wrong item, wrong size or wrong variant of your item.
Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Please inquire for a replacement if your item falls in one of these two categories within 10 business days upon receiving. To speed up the process, please snap and attach a couple of pictures of the damaged item and/or size/color mistake. Inquiries may be send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a response. Please keep in mind we do receive a high volume of emails and we do our best to get to them as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and issue a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or we will not accept the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All return refunds are processed after a review and inspection process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
